About the Role
Lenme is growing fast, and we’re looking for an HR Manager in Cairo to help us scale the team the right way. You’ll lead hiring, build strong HR processes, and support employees across the full lifecycle—from onboarding to performance management. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and knows how to move quickly while staying organized and compliant.
What You’ll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Partner with leadership to build teams across multiple functions
Improve and maintain HR policies, documentation, and workflows
Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially
Support performance management, feedback cycles, and employee development
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
Help build a strong, positive, high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of HR experience, including recruiting and people operations
Strong working knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR compliance
Proven ability to hire and support employees in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently
Someone who’s practical, trustworthy, and great with people
